How do I reset my password?
+To reset your password, go to the login page and click on "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to create a new password.
Where can I find my course certificates?
+Your certificates are available in your Dashboard under the "Achievements" section. You can download them as PDF files once you have completed all course requirements.
How do I contact a mentor?
+You can message mentors directly through the "Mentorship" tab in your collaborative workspace. Premium support plans include scheduled video calls.
Is the API free to use?
